3D Clothing asset (Originally created for Devin) created in blender for VRChat

Details:

• Clean quad topology
• Fitted to ZinPia Fit Base
  (Heel Foot)
• Basic Rigging
  (You will need to tailor the weight paint to how you like, I have done a basic weight transfer)
• PBR Texturing done in Substance Painter from scratch (by LuckysRevenge#4444)
